Round California Galvanized Tubing with Swag
As a “value-added” service, LP Tube has the capability to swage all round sizes of our clear coat galvanized tubular products. This process involves reducing the original outside diameter on the end of the tube. The tubing ends are reduced by 15% and the swage is typically 3″ in length. This process allows the Galvanized Tubing to telescope into a non-swaged end for ease of connection on the top rails within the fencing industry.
Freight and Trucking Service
Along with our customers’ ability to either pick up material at our plant facility in Stanfield, Arizona, or arrange their own trucking and freight service, our organization works very closely with numerous commercial carriers on a daily basis, providing LP Tube with competitive freight rates throughout the entire Western United States.
In addition to the above methods of having your LP Tube products transported to your specific location, or a direct drop shipment, we also provide extremely competitive freight costs to the greater Phoenix and Tucson metropolitan areas utilizing our company owned trucking service. All material–whether shipped commercial carrier, or on LP Tube semi-trucks with 53′ long flatbed bed trailers–will be fully tarped to protect the pipe and tubing products from the elements.
Off-Line Cutting
LP Tube takes pride in our ability to provide a superior end-cut on our pipe and tubular products when cut on our mill lines. However, when customers require a special precision cut, with closer than mill tolerances, LP Tube has the ability to cut off-line on our Modern Cut Off. The product bundles are moved to a separate area within our facility and the tubes are loaded into the Modern for automatic custom cutting.
